Hey aisha, congrats on receiving your first payment through PocketSuite. From the app home screen tap "Start getting paid" and complete all the steps. If you would like funds to be paid out to your debit card (instead of your checking account), turn on the "Daily instant payouts" setting under Settings > Payouts. Clients can now add a flat rate or % gratuity when paying you or confirming an appointment with a card. When doing point of sale you can also hand it over to your client to add gratuity on the fly.

Surcharge is now default ON on all of your transactions. This means you won't pay any processing fee when clients pay you via credit card. Tap "$ Total" when initiating any client transaction to turn surcharge OFF.
